Coach Feller saw Forrest running across the football field and saw that he was really fast. sSo coach Fellers tried him out at running back and well coach Fellers found himself a six-foot-six running back. He told Forrest to just run to the goalpost and when the games started thats all Forrest did. After the season was over Forrest was named to the All-State football team and was noticed by Bear Bryant, The University of Alabama football team head coach. Bear offers Forrest a scholarship to play for Alabama, Bear gave Forrest a little test before he was allowed to go. Forrest did so bad on the test he didnt get his scholarship and was called to the army after signing up after he lost his scholarhsip. That didnt last long after they did a little TOO much physical check up on Forrest and he ran home. After being sent to court and the judge declared Forrest temporarily deferred on account of being an idiot. Bear Bryant put the test in the past and let Forrest come to the University anyway. They made it all the way to the National Championship and won and Forrest was named MVP.
